Every reconditioned safe we sell passes through a rigorous, multi-stage refurbishment process carried out entirely in-house at our Essex warehouse. Nothing is outsourced. Nothing is cut short.

Here is what our certified refurbishment process involves:

Full inspection and assessment of the safe’s structural integrity and locking mechanisms
Repairs and component replacement where parts show signs of wear or damage
Lock servicing or replacement to your specification, including key lock, digital, or manual combination options
Cosmetic refinishing, including stripping external fittings, sanding, cleaning, and applying a hard-wearing primer-based coat of paint
Final testing and quality checks to confirm the safe is performing to the required standard before dispatch

The result is a safe that looks and functions to an almost brand-new standard. All reconditioned safes are supplied with a one-year warranty and full certification.
